One of the easiest rituals we can add to our practice is to light a candle, a flame to connect you with the earth’s elements, a simple yet powerful gesture.  The simple act of lighting a candle invites warmth, energy, creativity into your home.  The gesture can bear witness to your practice intention.  The flame can be an object of your meditation.

Safety note: never leave a candle burning unattended.  Always burn on a fire-proof surface.  Trim the wick to 1/4" before lighting. Keep out of reach of children.
