Through yoga, meditation and mindful living I found a vibrant, happy, glowing, flowing energy; a joyful state of mind and heart.  I have found more peace, clarity, inspiration and creativity than ever before, and the ability to face life’s many challenges with serenity and confidence.

So I became driven by a passion for experiencing and understanding mindfulness, meditation and yoga. My practice has been a fabulous journey of discovery through a broad array of styles, studios, classes, teachers, workshops, readings, retreats and teacher trainings.

The most important discovery I made is that the HOME PRACTICE is where the magic happens.  This is where I've been able to make all these outside experiences and learnings personal, to reconnect with myself and to find the most inspiration for my life.

I know from experience that having a steady home practice is not easy, there is always an excuse we make for ourselves, a reason not to stick with it.  So I am on a mission to help make it easy for you.
