COVID-19

Dear Friends,

 

We are all spending more time at home, and HUM is perfectly positioned to help you to build your home yoga and meditation practice,  to make it a beautiful and serene experience so that you can find calm and joy. In fact that has been our sole mission since launch last fall 2019.

 

These are certainly unprecedented times and we all need to do what we can to protect each other from Covid 19. So I wanted to let you know how we keep you safe from the virus here at HUM.

 

Please know that HUM is a solo-entrepreneur business and I personally handle all order preparation. Our “distribution centre” is my ultra clean and healthy home and local storage facility. My husband and I live in a tiny Ontario town that does everything it can to protect the community from the virus (we’ve only had 2 cases here that I know of, in March, travellers who returned home from abroad March), and we both work from home.  

 

We keep ourselves and you safe from the virus by always wearing a mask whenever we leave home, diligently practicing social distancing and frequent hand washing. 

 

We have lots of inventory, prepared before the pandemic, and so have had no impact on our product offering- you can get all the yoga and meditation essentials (and little luxuries!) that you need.

 

Order preparation and shipping has not been impacted. We ship within 48 hours (usually sooner). Our couriers and local Canada Post office all do their best to protect the community. The only major impact I’ve noticed is that the couriers and Canada Post have been taking extra time to deliver. Please use the tracking information provided with your shipping confirmation to track your order.

 

Our Returns Policy has not been changed, because I want you to be happy with your order no matter what. I’m confident you’ll love your HUM purchase, but if you are not happy with your order for any reason you can return it within 30 days. See the Returns Policy for details. Please note that I have not had any returns since launching. If I do, that product will not be resold to ensure your safety.
